Welcome to Drive Master India. By enrolling in our programs, courses, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Eligibility
- Standard driving programs are open to individuals 18+ with a valid license.
- Junior programs are open to minors with written parental/guardian consent.
- All participants must be medically fit and disclose any relevant conditions.
- Drive Master India reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission at its sole discretion.
2. Enrollment & Fees
- Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of documents, consent forms, and full fee payment.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in limited cases (e.g., program cancellation by us).
- Non-payment or delay may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
3. Conduct & Safety
- Participants must follow all rules, schedules, and safety instructions.
- Misconduct, unsafe behavior, intoxication, or violation of rules will lead to suspension or termination without refund.
- Required safety gear must be worn at all times.
4. Risks & Liability
- Participation involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you accept these risks and agree not to hold the Company liable for injuries, accidents, or damages, except where directly caused by our gross negligence.
- You are encouraged to obtain personal accident/health insurance.
5. Facilities & Property
- Equipment and facilities must be used responsibly.
- Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the Participant/Guardian.
6. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, techniques, and resources remain the intellectual property of Drive Master India.
- Copying, sharing, or misuse is prohibited.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate admission for non-payment, misconduct, safety violations, or misrepresentation.
- All such decisions are at the sole discretion of Drive Master India and are final.
8. Privacy & Media
- Participant data will be used only for program, certification, and compliance purposes.
- By joining, you consent to photos/videos being taken during sessions for training or promotional use.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
- Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they will be referred to mediation/arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Drive Master India (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and every individual (“You,” “Your,” “Participant,” “Student,” or “Guardian”) who seeks to enroll, participate, or otherwise engage in the programs, courses, or services offered by Us. These Terms are intended to protect Your interests as well as Ours and to ensure a safe, professional, and transparent environment. By enrolling or participating in Our services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
1. Definitions
For clarity and consistency, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
1.1 “Participant/Student” means any individual who has formally enrolled in any program, training, or activity provided by the Company. This includes minors participating under parental or guardian consent.
1.2 “Guardian/Parent” means the lawful parent or court-appointed legal guardian of a minor who provides consent, undertakes obligations, and assumes liability on behalf of the minor.
1.3 “Programs” mean the full spectrum of services, including beginner and advanced driving courses, simulator-based training, safety and awareness workshops, motorsport development programs, junior programs, refresher courses, and certification modules conducted by the Company.
1.4 “Facilities” refer to all infrastructure, vehicles, simulators, practice tracks, classrooms, tools, and premises provided by or associated with the Company for the purposes of training.
1.5 “Fee(s)” mean the financial consideration payable by the Participant or Guardian in respect of enrollment, program delivery, certification, or related services, including security deposits and miscellaneous charges.
1.6 “Force Majeure” shall include but not be limited to natural calamities, floods, earthquakes, fire, epidemic/pandemic, war, riots, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, acts of government, technical breakdowns, or any other event beyond reasonable control that prevents the Company from fulfilling its obligations.
1.7 “Rules & Regulations” mean all codes of conduct, safety instructions, operational guidelines, program-specific rules, and other directions communicated verbally, digitally, or in writing by the Company or its instructors.
1.8 “Third-Party Services” mean any service, insurance, sponsorship, medical support, transportation, or ancillary arrangement facilitated through external service providers not directly controlled by the Company.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
- Standard driving programs are open only to individuals aged 18 years or above holding a valid Learner’s or Permanent Driving License under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
- Junior programs are specially curated for minors below 18 years; however, enrollment is valid only upon submission of a written consent and indemnity declaration signed by a Parent or Guardian.
- All participants must be medically fit, possessing adequate eyesight, motor coordination, and physical/mental fitness for safe participation. Those with epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes, psychiatric conditions, or similar ailments must disclose the same in advance.
- Drive Master India expressly reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to deny admission, reject enrollment, or disqualify any applicant or participant on the grounds of non-eligibility, misrepresentation, safety concerns, non-compliance with rules, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Academy. Such decisions shall be final and binding, and the Academy shall not be obliged to assign reasons for the same.
2.2 Documentation
To maintain transparency and safety, the following documents are mandatory:
- Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, or equivalent).
- A copy of Learner’s or Permanent Driving License (where applicable).
- Passport-sized photographs.
- Signed consent and indemnity forms by the Participant or Guardian.
- Any health certificates or declarations required by the Company for safety reasons.
2.3 Enrollment Confirmation
- Enrollment shall be deemed provisional until all documentation, fee payments, and mandatory declarations are completed.
- Final enrollment is confirmed only after official acknowledgment from the Company.
- The Company reserves an absolute right to reject or defer enrollment if eligibility criteria are not satisfied, without liability to assign reasons.
3. Fees, Payment & Refund Policy
3.1 Fee Structure
- The applicable Fee for each program will be communicated prior to enrollment.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- All charges, once communicated, may be revised from time to time at the discretion of the Company.
3.2 Payment Modes
- Payments may be made via online transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, demand draft, or cheque (subject to realization).
- Cash payments shall only be accepted at designated offices with proper acknowledgment.
- Any dishonored cheque or failed transaction will attract additional administrative charges.
3.3 Refund Policy
- Once paid, Fees are strictly non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- Course/program cancellation by the Company.
- Serious medical incapacity supported by medical evidence, making participation impossible.
- Other exceptional situations recognized at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Refunds, if sanctioned, shall be processed within 30 working days, after deducting administrative or processing costs.
3.4 Default in Payment
- Non-payment or delayed payment of Fees will result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
- Any re-enrollment shall require full settlement of outstanding dues along with late fees or penalties.
4. Conduct, Discipline & Code of Ethics
4.1 Behavioral Standards
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves with decorum, discipline, and mutual respect.
- Any act of misconduct, abusive behavior, harassment, intoxication, or breach of law within the premises will lead to strict disciplinary action including termination.
4.2 Compliance with Rules
- All Participants must abide by training schedules, safety rules, and instructor directions.
- Non-compliance may lead to warnings, suspension, or expulsion without entitlement to refunds.
4.3 Dress Code & Safety Gear
- Participants must wear comfortable clothing suitable for training.
- Safety gear such as helmets, gloves, shoes, and other protective equipment, wherever mandated, must be worn at all times. Non-compliance may lead to exclusion from sessions.
5. Safety, Risks & Liability
5.1 Acknowledgement of Risk
- Driving and motorsport-related activities inherently involve exposure to accidents, injuries, or damage.
- By enrolling, You voluntarily assume these risks, fully releasing the Company from liability except where negligence is directly attributable to it.
5.2 Medical Emergencies
- Participants must disclose all relevant medical conditions in advance.
- In emergencies, the Company may arrange medical support or hospitalization. The associated costs shall be borne by the Participant/Guardian.
5.3 Liability Disclaimer
- The Company, its directors, trainers, and staff shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, loss of property, or consequential damages unless directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Facilities & Equipment Use
6.1 Permitted Use
- Facilities and equipment shall be used strictly for the purposes of training under instructor supervision.
- Unauthorized use, negligence, or misuse will invite disciplinary and financial liability.
6.2 Damage & Replacement
- In case of damage caused by Participant negligence, the cost of repairs or replacement shall be recoverable from the Participant/Guardian.
- Repeated violations may result in expulsion from the program.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
7.1 Ownership of Materials
- All course materials, methodologies, simulation data, videos, and manuals are proprietary intellectual property of the Company.
- Participants shall not copy, record, distribute, or commercially exploit such material without prior written permission.
7.2 Confidentiality
- Participants agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, training techniques, or operational processes learned during the program to competitors or third parties.
8. Termination & Suspension
8.1 Grounds for Termination
- Submission of false information, misrepresentation, breach of Terms, non-payment of Fees, indiscipline, unsafe behavior, doping/substance abuse, or unlawful conduct.
- Drive Master India further reserves the sole and absolute discretion to suspend or terminate the enrollment or participation of any individual, even if initially admitted, if the Academy believes that continued participation poses a risk to safety, discipline, program integrity, or reputation of the Academy.
- Termination shall be effective immediately, without any obligation of refund or compensation.
8.2 Right of Suspension
- The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend training for administrative, safety, weather-related, or regulatory reasons.
- In such cases, reasonable efforts shall be made to reschedule sessions, but refunds shall not be mandatory.
9. Liability Waiver & Indemnity
9.1 Waiver of Claims
You agree to waive all present and future claims, demands, or causes of action against Drive Master India, its directors, trainers, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and event partners for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses sustained during or arising from participation, except where such claims arise solely from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Academy.
9.2 Indemnity Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drive Master India, its officers, instructors, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of Your actions, omissions, negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Drive Master India’s total liability, if any, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Participant for the specific program in which the claim arose. In no event shall the Academy be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or emotional distress.
9.4 No Challenge to Discretion
By enrolling, You expressly acknowledge and agree that all decisions made by Drive Master India regarding eligibility, admission, suspension, termination, program participation, or related matters shall be final, conclusive, and binding. You further waive any right to challenge, litigate, or dispute such decisions before any court, tribunal, or authority, except where such exclusion is expressly prohibited under applicable Indian law.
10. Insurance & Third-Party Services
10.1 Insurance
- Participants are strongly encouraged to procure personal accident and health insurance at their own expense.
- Where insurance is facilitated by the Company through third-party providers, claims shall be subject to terms of the insurer.
10.2 Third-Party Services
- Any additional services provided by third-party vendors shall be governed by their respective terms. The Company assumes no responsibility for deficiencies therein.
11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, suspension, or non-performance of obligations arising from Force Majeure events. Programs affected shall be rescheduled where possible, but refunds shall not be mandatory.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
- In the event of disputes, parties shall first attempt to resolve matters amicably through good faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation conducted in Pune.
- If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually.
- The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat and venue shall be Pune, Maharashtra.
13. Entire Agreement & Severability
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies, waivers, or guidelines expressly incorporated herein (including the Privacy Policy, Safety Guidelines, Anti-Doping Policy, and Code of Conduct), constitute the entire agreement between Drive Master India and the Participant/Guardian. They supersede and replace all prior discussions, representations, negotiations, commitments, promises, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. No verbal assurances, marketing material, or third-party statements shall have binding effect unless expressly confirmed in writing by Drive Master India.
13.2 Severability
If any provision or part of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. Such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision, and the intent of the parties shall be preserved to the maximum possible extent.
13.3 Non-Waiver
Failure, delay, or omission by Drive Master India to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of such right and shall not prevent the Academy from enforcing the same or any other provision at a later date.
