Privacy Policy

At Drive Master India, your trust and safety are our top priorities. This Privacy Policy provides a clear overview of how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

What We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to serve you better—such as contact details, driving and training records, payment information, and emergency contacts. For junior programs, verified parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to register you for programs, issue certifications, comply with legal and federation requirements, and ensure your safety. With your consent, we may also use photos, videos, or testimonials to highlight achievements. We will never sell, trade, or misuse your personal data.

Protection & Security

Your data is safeguarded with encryption, restricted access, and regular audits. In the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify you within 72 hours or earlier, as required by law.

Data Retention

Training records are retained for up to 5 years, financial data for 7–8 years, and health or emergency details only for the duration of your program—unless longer retention is required by law, insurance, or motorsport regulations.

Sharing Your Data

We may share data with trusted service providers, motorsport authorities (FMSCI/FIA), insurers, or regulators, but strictly on a need-to-know basis under binding agreements. Certain data may also be stored or processed outside India with equivalent safeguards in line with international standards such as GDPR.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
